The Diamond Harbour Women’s University organises various socio-cultural events throughout the year. Some of them are held regularly every year, while the others are meant to commemorate or celebrate certain occasions.

Special Events
  1. Week-Long Commemoration Programme of Swami Vivekananda’s Historical Chicago Address, 1893.
  2. Enactment of Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein by the students to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the text. The screenplay was also composed by them in adaptation of the original novel.
  3. International Yoga Day, 2018.
  4. International Yoga Day, 2017.
  5. Constitution Day.
  6. Azaadi 70 Commemoration of the 70th Anniversary of India’s Independence.

Celebration of the Golden Jubilee Year of National Service Scheme: Online Poster Competition: “Service to Humanity Is Service to God”
